Comfortable chalet with everything you may need
Even though the friendly couple who ran Arisu no Sato spoke barely any English and us, nary any Japanese, the check-in was smooth and we enjoyed our stay in cottage H2.
It seemed like most of the guests at Arisu no Sato were Japanese. When we were there, it was summer and there were several families and groups of friends enjoying a barbecue on the terrace.
You will need a car to get to/from Arisu no Sato as it's located some distance up a winding road. It was easy getting basic supplies in the city as there are a few supermarkets and 24h convenience stores. You can also buy non-perishable supplies including barbecue tools and sparklers at the 'reception hut' at Arisu no Sato.
We started the day in Otaru and stopped along Shakotan Peninsula before driving to Iwanai to stay for the night. From here, it was about 1-1.5hours of driving to Noboribetsu the following day.

管理がずさん
縛りも多いですし、コテージ内がしっかりしてるわけでもない。
金銭的に余裕があるなら他のところに行かれた方が良いか と思います。

温泉付きコテージですが・・・
そののため、残念ながら朝風呂は入れませんでした。
ベットが無い位で、家具・備品の全てが付いていて快適でした。
FFストーブ＋エアコン付きで、就寝中は消しましたが、外気温2℃の中でも寒くなく過ごせました。
カメムシが発生するので、ドア・窓の開け閉めに気を使います。
高台からの眺めで岩内港、対岸に泊原発が見えます。

B棟
キッチンに、包丁、まな板、栓抜き、ピーラー、鍋、フライパン、洗剤、スポンジ、布巾等、揃っていて、助かりました。コンロは、IHです。
テーブルは、食卓は、4人で座るには少し狭いけど、居間の座卓の他に予備の座卓もあるので、問題はなかったです。
外のベランダに、バーベキューコーナーが、玄関を挟んで、左右両方にあり、もっと大人数でも使えるようです。
寝室は、1階は、２人が丁度。
2階は、屋根裏っぽい造りで、4人～6人でもいいかもしれません。
暖房とエアコンがあるので、オールシーズン泊まれると思います。
網戸が無いです。
マッサージチェアと、フットマッサージ機がありがたかった。
居間のソファーが3人がけだけなので、ちょっと不便。
お風呂は、脱衣所は、洗面台、洗濯機があり、広いです。洗い場と浴槽は、家庭用のお風呂位で、洗い場から、ドアで、露天風呂に出れます。露天風呂は、２人で足を延ばして入れます。窓に、簾がかかっていますが、夜は万一、向こうに人が居たら、見えると思います(笑)
ドライヤーはナシ。シャンプーと、ボディソープがありました。
きちんと、清掃されていました。
トイレは、ボットン式ですが、臭くありません。
残念なのは、動物臭かったです。これは、前に泊まった人によると思います。
灰皿があったので、煙草もokのようですが、煙草臭はしませんでした。
管理人さんは優しいご主人でした。
ゴミの分別は、楽でした。

温泉を貸し切りで
各棟ごとに大きさや作りが違うようですが、2階建てのキッチン付きの棟に泊まりました。
食事の提供はないと事前に聞いていたので、
食材を買い込んでキッチンを利用し調理しました。
寿司や弁当の出前はできるようです。
露天風呂もあり、小さいもののいつでも入れる温泉で暖まることができました。
周囲には何も観光するところはありませんでしたが、
のんびりと過ごすにはとてもよい場所でした。
