The best place to stay in izu nagaoka, just 5 mins of walking way to the panorama park. Plus, the food service was super than you expected. Must be back later.

In-room dining and free private bath

It's been a while since I've stayed here.
You can see Mt. Fuji from the beautiful Japanese-style room.
The free private bath here (Fujimi no Yu) is quite large for a private bath, and there are several washing areas. I always make a reservation right away and take the first bath.
The next morning I went to the indoor bath. There is also an open-air bath with a beautiful garden.
One of the reasons I like this inn is that dinner is served in the room, but this time the service from the staff was not very good. After bringing the meal, the door to the room was left open several times, and the service was not good when I ordered alcohol, and there was no hospitality. My wife was disappointed and asked, "I wonder if the usual waitress is no longer there?"
However, the content and presentation of the dinner were excellent, and we were very satisfied.
We had breakfast in the restaurant, and the usual kind and gentle waitress served us, which was a relief. My wife said to the waitress, "I thought you had left, and I was worried."
The private hot spring, bath, and food are all good, so we will use it again.

It was a good accommodation

An old-fashioned inn. The lobby is simple. A seasoned lady guided me to my room. It was spacious and nice! I could see the majestic Mt. Fuji from my room. Nice‼️
The open-air hot spring bath was also spacious and nice.
The food was well-planned, plentiful and delicious - perhaps it would have been better if there had been a bit more explanation. It's also a shame that there wasn't a wide selection of alcohol.
The private bath in the morning was really good (it's not private in the morning). I wish I had taken a bath the day before.
An old-fashioned inn. If you want to enjoy the hot springs at your leisure, it's good value for money and highly recommended.
Thank you for your hospitality.

Friendly and Helpful Host

Kameya Ean was conveniently located opposite the Panorama Park and had some restaurants nearby. As we didn't want to drive after dark, the Owner offered to give us a ride to some nearby recommended restaurants, so as to save the trouble of miscommunication due to our difference in languages; which was a great relief to us as we were already starving for some time.
Kameya Ean also allocated specific onsen time-slot for their guests so that you won't run into a big crowd. As a result, we got the pools to ourselves as we were a group of 4, which we could enjoy the privacy and spaciousness.

Onsen Hotel

Day 14: Hotel no. 8 Kameya Ean @, Nagaoka. I like this hotel, the Tatami room is big. Hotel has private and public onsen. So far 6 out of 8 hotel we stayed have onsen. Staff good service, especially the frontdesk.
