清掃がやばい
近くに飲食店 が多く、コンビニもある
従業員の接客態度がよい
ネット回線の速度が速い(有線、Wifi両方)
DL,UPともに70Mb超える

スタッフの清掃能力がやばい
初日クローゼットを開けると蜘蛛の巣が張っている
3連泊2日目にはお風呂入れると泡だらけ。おそらく清掃時の浴槽用洗剤がきちんと洗い流されていない。
蜘蛛の巣はいいが、洗剤洗い流されてないのは怖すぎる。シャワーだけで済まそうとしていた場合は洗剤まみれの浴槽に気づかないうちに入っていたということ…

大阪の隠れ家に
京阪百貨店があり、意外と便利。
大阪城近くのJR京橋駅から、乗り継いで、5分で到着。
隠れ家としては、いい感じ。
最寄りの京阪電車で、そのまま京都へも行けますよ。

コストパフォーマンスは良いです
駅からは3分程度ですが、そんなに苦にならない距離です。
場所は少々分かりにくいかもしれませんが、周りは静かですのでマンション借りて泊まっている感覚であれば何の不自由もありません。
長期滞在のかたで多少の自炊も考えているのであれば、便利だと思います。
