The most comfortable hotel

It was a very reassuring hotel! The staff were all warm and polite, and the breakfast and dinner buffets had a great selection, especially the sashimi and sushi at dinner, the delicious all-you-can-drink alcohol, and the limited-time shrimp mayo chili were the best!! I'll definitely use it again next year!

The hotel is at Izu Atagawa Station and climbs the mountain for about 10 minutes. The hotel is right by the sea. There are two open-air hot springs that you can soak in. You can swap which one you choose with the male hot springs in the morning and evening. That is to say, you can soak in three open-air hot springs. The hotel has a buffet dinner ,Very good

Needs a little TLC

We visited in high winter season so all hotels were packed, and found a couple of rooms in this hotel for my family for a good price. I have been in Atagawa hotels before, and Itoen Hotel was kind of average to me, it needs a little care at the hot baths, one of them is not very nice and the rooms are pretty old. The food was good, free beer and sake, the kids enjoyed lining up to get their own food from the trays displayed in a buffet style fashion. There is a recreation area where you can play free ping-pong and some old fashioned machines with games for a coin. The hotel in general makes me feel that it was a great hotel some 40 years ago, and they have been trying to keep it without any major remodeling. I might stay here again although I was not so satisfied, my family enjoyed.

住的最开心的酒店
13点半在热川站赶上了酒店的免费班车，几分钟坐到之后因为当天房间已经清扫出来，前台头发很酷的小姐姐直接帮忙免费提前入住了，超级幸运。另外有免费的卡拉OK包厢，入住日离店日各一次，直接约了14点开始。规定一次50min，稍微超几分钟也很宽容。第二天10点开始，只能8点多吃完饭才可以约，也很幸运约到了。一号包厢窗户靠海更出片一些，2号相对座位比较多。个人更喜欢一号包厢。
房间选了靠海的，下午放晴之后超级美。晚上的月亮很亮，海的颜色简直超级温柔漂亮。房间里面只有厕所和洗手台，公共浴室里面有室内和室外的，都挺大的
早晚餐都是自助，18点开始19点半准时结束，胡吃海喝到最后一分钟。晚上有大瓶子地元烧酒和炸串，寿司什么的也很好炫。早晚都有软饮咖啡，种类也很多。早上冰镇过的乌冬面也很推荐。
记得打卡一楼水池边的“のぞみちゃん”，一边许愿一边浇三次水说不定愿望会实现呢。买了温泉水的洗面奶，买二送一，还有房间里面的金目鲷仙贝也好吃，可以在一楼直接买回去当伴手礼。
好吃好喝好唱，真的性价比超级高了

景色は最高！露天風呂もとても良い。
食事も飲み放題バイキング形式なのでコスパもよい。
気になるのは少し水回りの匂い。埃っぽい。
スタッフさんはとても素晴らしい。
