We arrived before check in time and so we checked our bags first. The staff was very friendly and offered complementary drinks (non alcohol) before we went out. It was bit walk from the Sannomiya station but there was a family mart one block away.

Staff was very helpful as was the ability to leave luggage there before and after our check in and out. The beds were very comfortable

The room, as anticipated, was clean and comfortable but what impressed me most was the way in which the front staff went out of their way to help.
The hotel is morover easy to find some 10 minutes walk from the station and parks.

Live use

There was a live performance in Kobe and I used it. It was conveniently located close to Sannomiya, close to the hotel and the nearest station of the Port Liner, and with convenience stores nearby. It wasn't a new hotel, but it was well cleaned. There was a guide at check-in, but you can choose your favorite shampoo and conditioner at the shampoo bar (there is shampoo and conditioner in the room) and you can take your drink with you in a take-out cup. The bed was also semi-double and spacious, and I was able to rent a pillow that I had rented at the front desk for comfort.

Great location. Across from the updated park. Easy to get to the center of Sannomiya. The only issue was that it smelled something when I first walked into the room. I confirmed it is a non-smoking room. I immediately turned on the AC for air circulation and the air cleaner for removing air muddiness. I went out for a few minutes, and it became okay. Otherwise perfect.
