There are two buildings, the main building and the non-smoking building, 100 steps away.
I used it in the JAL pack. It is about a 13-minute walk from Kochi Station. The convenience store is soba. It is divided into the main building and a non-smoking building 100 steps away. We arrived early, so we left our luggage at the front desk for sightseeing and shopping, and checked in at 3pm. Just before that, I took self-amenity, rented a pipe pillow, picked up the carry and refrigerated food I had left, and was assigned to a non-smoking house. Holding an umbrella, carrying all of them and my shopping bags, I carried my backpack and walked up five steps without a ramp. With both legs together like a toddler, we lifted things up one step at a time, folded umbrellas, plugged card keys into the entrance ... The restaurant was in the main building, the big ice bin was in the main building, the toaster and the front desk were only in the main building, and it was always inconvenient to move to the main building when you wanted to use it. The room is an ordinary business hotel. If you cancel cleaning, you will receive a bottle of water and a cup noodle.

Non-smoking rooms are available at the annexe
Its location is within walking distance of Kochi Station and Hirome Market, close to downtown and conveniently close to convenience stores.
Non-smoking rooms are separate, so you have to check in at the main building and then go outside to the annex. It seems to be hard to get around on rainy days.
The room facilities are old, but it was nice because it was clean and cheap.
First, the unfortunate thing was that the Wi-Fi connection was hard to connect, perhaps because it was an annex and the line was busy.

Perfect for work.
The room is clean and the breakfast is great.
But if you don't mind, I don't think you do, but I was a little concerned that the room key is not a card but an old-fashioned key.
I couldn't use the TV remote control well.

Good location
It is about halfway between Kochi Station and Hariyamabashi Bridge, and Hirome Market and Kochi Castle are about a 15-minute walk away, so I think it is easy to access. The building is divided into a main building and a non-smoking building. The front desk of the non-smoking hall is empty, but the automatic door cannot open without a room key. The building is old and the rooms are small, so that can't be helped, but the bathtub and desk were small and there was no backrest on the chairs. The good thing was breakfast, which was delicious.

Great Service at a Reasonable Price
This hotel is located in a very central area of Kochi city, and is very reasonably priced for all that. It is in an older building, and this is more noticeable once you get into the rooms. But they make up for it with both a beautiful lobby and excellent service.
We drove into the city, and so had to worry about parking the car, always a concern in a central location where space is at a premium. I went in the hotel as my wife waited to ask about parking, and instead of the confused “you’re on your own” look I might expect from some places, the guy behind the desk came out to the car with me, plus an A4 sized card detailing the route to the parking garage they had an arrangement with. (There is a closer garage, but it only is used for smaller cars). We found our parking space, and were able to show the A4 card to a waiting taxi driver who drove us back to the hotel (a few blocks), saving us the trouble of a long walk with luggage. I was duly impressed. It’s the sort of service I’d expect for a much higher end hotel. And it saved us a lot of worry about the parking situation. With our hotel stay, the fee was only 700 yen for the night.
We were checked in without trouble, and got an actual physical key to our room. The rooms are somewhat small, and hardly echo the gilt of the lobby. But they are good enough. Although the hallway carpet could use replacement, the room itself was clean and had everything one would need for a stay. If I had any quibbles, is was that our bed for two was up against the wall, and for the person on that side, there was no little shelf for things like one’s glasses, phone, and all that sort of stuff you’d like to have within reach as you sleep.
The hotel has amenities in the lobby if you so choose to take some. A set of pajamas, toothbrushes, washcloths, etc. There is even a “shampoo bar” that comes with the price of the room. They give you 2 little bottles, and you can take samples of the shampoo and conditioner if you would like. (there are a dozen brands or so). Of course, you are not obligated to take it if you prefer (for environmental reasons) to use the shampoo in the rooms.
The hotel is located in a rather busy area for nightlife, which is in a lot of ways great. There is no shortage of restaurants and bars in the area. The shopping arcade is not far away, nor is the popular Hirome Market, a good place to get dinner. Also, the famous Sunday Morning Street Market is just a few blocks away. Although there is a nice-looking Italian restaurant attached to the lobby, we did not try it as we were hoping to sample more of the locally famous cuisine. There is also a breakfast option you can get for an additional fee, but we opted to try our hand at the street market instead. A nearby convenience store is also an option.
If there was a one drawback, it is that this is not a quiet neighborhood on a Saturday night. Although it did not keep me awake, there is a certain amount of street noise on a Saturday night. But if you are in this place to be at the center of Kochi, it’s to be expected. There are some smoking rooms in the hotel, but the 6th-8th floor are nonsmoking, and I noticed no scent in our room (other reviews have complained of such). It’s my understanding that the hotel annex across the street is entirely non-smoking. In any case, I found that for business-hotel prices, the place was pretty nice and the service was great.
