Different

Guest House Branchee really is a guest house - the owners live on the bottom floor with the guest's room on the top floor. The common room is also on the first floor.
It was one of the few places where the accomodation really was Japanese - futon with tatami mats, learning a bit about Japanese culture while dining with the owners. I have enjoyed my time there, but a few thing that are important to know:
- The guest house is not within a walking distance from the train station. However, the guest house offered a pick-me-up service (free of charge) so it wasn't really an issue.
- Since the kitchen is basically a part of the house it's not really available, unless you want to put something small in the fridge, so it's important to take that into account.
Everything considered, I enjoyed my stay.

清潔で快適、居心地の良いゲストハウス

とても綺麗な建物でした。掃除も行き届いており、水周りも清潔。客室は2階に3部屋ありますが、隣の部屋の物音が聞こえてこないし、ゲストハウスに慣れてない方でも大丈夫でしょう。宿主は串本町のことにとても詳しく、情報提供満載でした。またぜひ訪れていろいろなアクテビティを楽しみたい宿です。食事提供は土曜日のみですが、天然のお刺身がとても美味しかった。二人で2食付きでコスパかなり良いです。
