relax

everything is in perfect order ... staff, cleanliness, silence and peace in the room ☺️ ... who wants to spend one night or more nights will not repent ... believe me .. and only 3 minutes walk there is a YODO station

競馬場や伏見周辺観光にはベスト！

以前は年季の入ったビジネスホテルだった気がしますが、いつの間にか真新しくなっており、料金はダブルのシングルユースで1泊6700円+京都市の宿泊税でした。良かった点はトイレのウォシュレットがリクシルのお気に入りのやつだったことと、ベッドがものすごくフカフカで包み込まれるような寝心地で久々に熟睡できたことです。どこのブランドのベッドなんだろうか？セールスポイントとして強くアピールしてもいいと思います。最後になりますが、宿泊料金が京都市内の数ある同クラスのホテルと比べて月単位でみてやや高い印象を受けました。周辺に競合ホテルがないっていうのと、お馬さんレースがある祝休日以外は特段の需要なしといった立地や条件的な背景がありそうですね。。個人的には素泊まり1泊4000円〜4500円が妥当だと思いました。

住宅街にひっそりとたたずむ小さな良いホテルです!!!

京阪淀駅から徒歩3分程度でしょうか。住宅街にひっそりとたたずむ小さな良いホテルです。
建物自体が新しくてきれいで清潔であり、フロントスタッフはフレンドリーでありながら、きちんと仕事ができます。部屋も清潔で、広くて快適です。特に、バストイレの広さが気に入りました。
京都競馬場へ行く人にとっても、すごく便利なホテルだと思います。
夜は、近くに食べるところがいくつかあります。

寝るためのホテル　良い意味で（笑）

トリップアドバイザーに書き込むのは私が初めてらしいです
それだけ新しいホテルという事なのかな
ゆっくりしたかったのでダブルの１人利用で
３連休の中日で素泊まり９０００円＋宿泊税２００円でした
素泊まり専用のホテルです　なので朝食は買っておいた方が
淀駅出て目指す方向（ホテル）すぐに都市型のスーパーあり、
その先にコンビニあり
コンビニは利用せず晩ごはん（＋酒）と朝ごはんを買い込んで
チェックインしました　ホテルまでに居酒屋が数軒あったので
生ビール＋夕食の方でも大丈夫です
ホテルの自販にビールがないので買っておかなければ
私は京都（大津との境）と大阪（京橋）を結ぶ旧街道歩きが
目的だったので特殊な利用だと思いますが、以下
寝転んですぐに眠たくなる寝心地　
隣同氏の部屋があまり響かないように配置してある
風呂は広い　トイレはおまるが小さいタイプだが
問題はないと思う　フロントの接客は良し
京都競馬場至近だけにＧ１開催で特別席狙いの遠征の方には
重宝するのでは
