Stopover from Hiroshima to Tokyo
This Hotel and its staff are simply fantastic. I can’t praise or recommend it enough. The staff are amazing and friendly the food on offer was great . But best of all was the free bar from 15.00 pm
I would love to stay at this hotel again. The Gardens and grounds are beautiful the views from the hotel are also lovely. I can only give this hotel a top score. Thanks to all staff you’re amazing!

It is wonderful to know that you also enjoyed the food and that the lounge service from 3:00 p.m. was one of the highlights of your stay. Since August, we have expanded our lounge hours from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with different drinks and refreshments offered throughout the day. Lounge access is now available with selected accommodation plans, giving guests more flexibility to enjoy it according to their travel schedule. We would be very happy if you had the chance to experience it in a different way on your next visit.

Everybody was so friendly and helpful with great Hiroshima hospitalities which is absolutely a top notch level and unforgettable accommodations.
I what I was very impressed was, during our check in process, it was a small discrepancies occurred between hotels.com and hotel and kind of made us feel a bit chilly at the moment, however, she took care of everything and arranged the room very quickly as if nothing had happened in the beginning.
We truly appreciate for her quick response for the issue and there rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff was very kind and helpful! Check in was easy and the front desk helped me send my luggage to my next stop. Everyone was warm and welcoming, from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff. Thank you!

Their room is clean every time I use this hotel and hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. I got free welcome drink bar this time and it was awesome! I really enjoyed my stay there!
