Wonderful hotel with a picture perfect view of Mount Fuji. Great facilities including tennis courts. Highly recommendable.

Good but a little far from everything.

Location away from the city, which can be problematic because you will always have to take the shuttle or a taxi for everything.
Beautiful view of the lake and Mount Fuji.
Few activities around, that's what we missed with 2 teenagers.
Solar bikes for 5 per hour but not always functional, otherwise bike at 2 per hour.
Decent room, nothing more for the price.
Quality onsen.
Very few restaurants around, that's what is really missing, plan a taxi budget....
Staff not always welcoming, especially very strict about everything.
We were refused access to the hotel restaurant for 2 minutes. 8:02 PM instead of 8:00 PM.
So mixed opinion on this establishment

Really nice hotel with view of mt. Fuji. Has a shuttle from the station so you don’t need to taxi.

The name says it all

The name says it all. We are so glad we stayed here, waking up early to quiet, nature sounds and a perfect view of Mount Fuji was exactly what we’d hoped for. When we were there the best view of the mountain was early in the morning sometimes becoming cloudy by 10-11am so having that time was wonderful. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The hotel has games you can play and check out, I think there are bikes you can ride and there is tennis and golf. Lots of space for our kids to run around. The food and drinks at the restaurant were good.
We reserved a large family room so our kids could stay with us and we all stayed in a traditional room. the beads were so comfortable and the bedding was amazing, light but warm. We were glad we opted for that option vs traditional beds. There is a coin laundry which we used and it was great. We did not use the hot spring so I can’t comment. Overall so glad I stayed here and would highly recommend staying in a traditional room.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. The view of Fuji mountain from the hotel was beautiful. The hotel has a top floor view room where you can look at the lake and the mountain. Breakfast and dinner were very good. And staffs were super friendly and responsive to requests.
