An excellent hotel with beautiful views from the lobby and the rooms. Lounge access is included in the room rate. The staff are absolutely lovely. There is a good onsen and a shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station.

Everything was great especially the Onsen. Very relaxing with the view of the lake. So nice especially during dusk and dawn.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint is and it’s a big one (hence only 3 stars), the food at the buffet was seriously lacking.
Dinner was served from 5-7pm and by the time we arrived around 6pm, all the protein were gone and they were no longer bringing more out.
Staff said that they replenish it 3 times and that’s it. So what happens to people who arrive between 6 and 7pm? Did they not pay the same high premium rate as the others who arrived earlier???
Very bad for business and I’ll definitely won’t be going back. Proper food and shelter are basic needs. They need to change their stingy policy.

Air con was good and the room was clean and tidy. Washroom at the front desk is very hi tech .
The view from my room window was very beautiful.

Great location. Very convenient with the hotel shuttle bus to train station.
Great hot spring with stunning view of the lake.

A lovely respite from the busy lake town where it was very crowded. Quiet and peaceful with calming environment and wonderful view of lake. Great location for hiking up to Tenjoyama Park with fabulous views of the lake and Mount Fuji. They could invest in an easier walk up the driveway to the hotel as it is very steep and could be considered moderately difficult.
