A hotel you can spend peace of mind and want to come back to

The care of the staff was wonderful and I was able to stay comfortably. It is a hotel that I would like to use again because of the attention to detail.

建物の老朽化は仕方ないですが、部屋のかび臭いのは、キツイです。折角した洗濯物も部屋の匂いを吸ってました。

・入室直後電話が鳴りました。言ってることがわからず、何でしょう？と聞くと、違うお客様でした、間違えましたと…
・部屋のエアコンの吹き出し口に、べっとり湿った埃がこびりついており、部屋全体のニオイも臭い
・バストイレの入り口がとても狭く、ドアも90度しか開かないため、夜中のトイレで転倒しかけました
・とにかく壁が薄い。そこまで大きな声でもないのに、隣の声が聞こえるし、多分こちらの咳払いなども聞こえちゃってるんだろうと思う。
次は利用したくありません。

ウェルカムドリンクなどのフリードリンクが充実していて大変良かった
今回は生憎の天気だったので今度は天気の良い時期に行きたい
また近所には中島神宮などもあり散歩にもいい場所です
ホテルのスタッフの皆さんの対応もよかったです
