Great accommodation with parking spots!

Overall, I liked B & B 4 rooms, and I would stay here again. Breakfast was very tasty, and the owner was very friendly. Rooms have an air conditioner for both cool and heat, and the location was pretty good for us (9 min walk from a monorail station, a couple of min walk from convenience stores, restaurants, bars and Aeon (major grocery/shopping mall in Japan). Had towels and a hair dryer. Free parking was great considering that most of other accommodations were either paid parking spot, first come first serve (no reservation for a parking spot), or didn't have a parking spot (direct customers to a nearest paid parking spot). One of the reasons I decided to stay here was the free parking spot.
Perhaps a sign on the door about a button for the hot water in the shower might help foreign visitors (since this is a common thing in Japanese houses) as I missed the button originally. (I figured it out when hot water didn't start at all). Otherwise, very good accommodation!

価格重視派におすすめ

沖縄出身のオーナーがやられている個室型のゲストハウス。少し都心は外れるけど徒歩圏内で大きな不便なく、快適に過ごす事ができる。
リゾートをイメージして利用すると少しがっかりすることもあるかもしれないけど、価格と立地を思えば十分なパフォーマンスだと思う。

コスパ良！

2019現在、築４年とのこと。
きれいなセンスの良い建物に、オーナーの趣味やセンスを感じる作りです。
バーカウンターもすてき！
ゲストハウスや安宿と思って泊まるのか、はたまたホテルと思って泊まるのかで大きく評価が別れそうですが、立地とコスパを考えれば十分と思います。
空港から深夜料金でも1600円程度です。

住宅地の中にあります

他のホテルが高いところしか残っておらずこちらを利用しました。駅からは少し距離がある上に坂道もあるので、大きな荷物を持って移動するのは少し大変でした。オーナーは気さくでフレンドリーな方だったこともあり、会話が弾みました。朝食も料金に含まれており、アクセスの面を除けばコスパは良いです。

松川オーナー 最高！！

次回も絶対こちらへお世話になりたいです。30年ぶりの沖縄の旅、右も左もわからずでしたが、美味しいお店の紹介をはじめとした情報源とお宿の緩さが太鼓判に気に入りました。那覇一、閑静な住宅街の中にあり、とても静かでしたが、レンタカーで回るには何処へ行くのにも程良い場所でした。
