The room was well maintained and comfortable. The access to the lounge with unlimited beverages and snacks was a nice touch. Though we didn’t get a chance to go to the rooftop pool it was good to know it was always an option. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of the major shopping streets, restaurants and public transportation. The hotel was a very good value for the price and the staff was very friendly.

Central but very humid

Good appearance, central, 15 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes walking from the center. It has an infinity pool that is nice, but at 7:00 PM they kick you out if you don't pay 3000 yen per adult and 1500 per child (includes one drink). The bad thing is the room, small for two... so imagine for 3... a horror, and the worst part is the deep smell of humidity in the room. It has automatic check-in and check-out, which is very convenient. It has pajamas, toothbrushes, slippers... everything free, in addition to soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The room was dirty. Blood stains on the sheets, thick layer of dust under the bed, bad smell in the room. Overall the cleanliness is a problem. Would not stay here again and I would encourage others to pick a different hotel.

i got a single room with a double bed on a lower floor and it sort of felt like a dungeon. the window was small and had a privacy screen on it that made the room feel really dark since you couldn’t see out of it at all. the room also had a mild mildew smell. my room was more expensive than my friends staying on the 8th so it was a bit disappointing.
additionally the pool is only accessible to guests with tattoos in the evening and you have to pay to access at that time. it was an okay stay but probably won’t stay again.

Very clean room! Staff was very helpful as well, even for information about the bus schedules. Efficient check-in and check-out system, would definitely recommend!
