Washroom fan had mold otherwise the room was nice. I really enjoy staying at Mr Kinjo properties.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, there is no traditional reception desk, and it is located about 950 meters from the nearest monorail station, making it quite inconvenient. When I arrived at the hotel's first floor, there was only a sign in Japanese telling me that I had to go to another hotel 170 meters away to check in. Even though there is a front desk, the service hours are very limited, only until 9 p.m. The floor in the room was obviously dirty and old. I stayed on the sixth floor in a loft room, and the entire room only had one chair but two desks, which made no sense. The room had a kitchen, but there were no cooking facilities available, which was another big disappointment. The air conditioner vents were filled with dust, and the overall condition of the room was very outdated and far from the city center. It was beyond my imagination how bad the experience was.
Additionally, the bed was located on the second floor of the loft, and there wasn’t even a small table to place things like my phone or loose change. I had to put them on the old, dirty floor, which was very inconvenient and unsanitary.
There were some positive aspects: the room had a washing machine, the hot water was hot enough, and the water pressure was strong. The bathroom was also acceptable, but these positives couldn’t make up for the overall poor experience. I hope the hotel can improve its service and facilities to offer better accommodation quality.

For the first time staying in this type of hotel, the hotel has a small facade. The taxis have passed by and missed a few times. There are three mr.kinjo nearby. The reception desk has an English reception. The Japanese is not good and the attitude is average. But entering the room is a big surprise, especially when the bathroom is separated from wet and dry! It is the same as the Japanese home, and it is especially clean because it is specially renovated. Washing machine microwave refrigerator is readily available, shampoo bath and other supplies are actually POLA, instantly feel that this price is super high cost, you will definitely stay next time. About 10 minutes walk from International Pass and 5 minutes to Gobo Palace. It is about 6 minutes to Asahibashi Station. In short, very convenient
