Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are great but bathrooms are dated. Restaurants are pricey but good and on site family mart is awesome

We arrived by Zipair at 8pm. By the time we arrived at hotel all the restaurants and hot spring was closed. We enjoyed hot spring next morning and enjoyed breakfast buffet.

Looks old from outside but inside looked remodeled and clean. Repainting exterior and a new hotel sign would make the impression of this property much better. Room was spacious compared to Tokyo city center hotels. Convenient shuttle service to/from airport and Narita station/ shopping mall. Relaxed In public bath/spa. Would stay at this property again.

Garden section is an older facility and requires more maintenance, e.g., molding. Leaving luggage requires the use of online Internet to obtain a QR code. If one does not have an Internet access, it will be an issue.

Natural hot springs are the biggest attraction! If you have time, you can also enjoy a garden barbecue.

There are natural hot springs, and although there are not many buses, there are plenty of shuttle buses, which I think is very good.
I stayed in a room in the garden wing.
You can stay cheaper than the main building.
It's undeniable that it's old, but if you can decide to just sleep, cospa is the best.
I'd like to use it again.
