Looks old from outside but inside looked remodeled and clean. Repainting exterior and a new hotel sign would make the impression of this property much better. Room was spacious compared to Tokyo city center hotels. Convenient shuttle service to/from airport and Narita station/ shopping mall. Relaxed In public bath/spa. Would stay at this property again.

Not worth the Price

An old hotel and provides a scheduled prompt airport shuttles every hour, and organized hotel staff. Location is not accessible via train and public bus, only way to reach the hotel is taxi or shuttle bus. The hotel has an in-house expensive restaurant until 9:30 pm, no room service. Be aware if you will arrive late. A Family Mart is nearby with grocery items and limited food products.
Hotel lobby looks nice but once you step to the elevator, walk your way to the hallway reaching your room sucks. Everything is old and not well-maintained. Carpet is untidy, the room has a moldy smell. It’s spacious but the bed and pillow are tough, be ready to have a back pain. Everything in the bathroom is moldy&fixtures are broken, bathtub has a crack, toilet seat bowl is shaky, opening a rusty shower faucet is a struggle. Hotel reviews are deceiving, I will not recommend this place. It’s good I stayed for only 1 night, not coming back.

Garden section is an older facility and requires more maintenance, e.g., molding. Leaving luggage requires the use of online Internet to obtain a QR code. If one does not have an Internet access, it will be an issue.

Natural hot springs are the biggest attraction! If you have time, you can also enjoy a garden barbecue.

There are natural hot springs, and although there are not many buses, there are plenty of shuttle buses, which I think is very good.
I stayed in a room in the garden wing.
You can stay cheaper than the main building.
It's undeniable that it's old, but if you can decide to just sleep, cospa is the best.
I'd like to use it again.

Good things:
- Nice and friendly staff
- Shuttles to and from airport, shopping centre and JR station
- Hot springs with outdoor setting is a big bonus (700 yen to use until 9am on the next day)
- Dinner at “Soh” 👍
Not so-good things:
- The room and hallway is very “aged”. My room is located on “Garden wing”. Maybe the main building is better?
- Breakfast buffet: It offered a good variety of options, but many items were not replenished during my visit between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m., despite service continuing until 10:00 a.m.
