Repeat visitor: Adult holiday
I was able to make a reservation at short notice this time as well, so I visited. I took a bus from Nikko Station so I could arrive at the inn at 3pm for check-in, but there was a huge traffic jam! In the end, I arrived just before 6pm, just in time for dinner. I called on the way there to say I would be late, but they replied that they would wait for me. When I arrived, I told them that I wanted to take a bath in the hot spring first, so dinner started 30 minutes late. They had a mushroom dish that was perfect for adults, and they also had alcohol. They had a variety of alcohol.
The rooms were clean and had everything you need except for a refrigerator.
And the real appeal of this inn is its great value for money. It's not easy to find an inn that fits both transportation and accommodation for less than 20,000 yen from the city center. I really want to keep it a secret.

思い立ったら・・・
この宿の良さは、素晴らしい温泉、家庭的なサービスと、清潔な館内、日光湯元では良心的な価格設定だと思います。日光湯元は日光駅からバスで１時間半かかりますが、それでも時間ができたらふらりと行きたい、と思わせる宿でした。

心と疲れが癒やされる宿
私は8畳間を予約して出掛けたのですがお客が少なかったのか
10畳間に入れて頂きました。しかしこの部屋は実質12畳+αの
部屋で寝るだけの男二人には広く感じましたしとても綺麗でした。
全館で10部屋程度と思われ、この日のお客も7組20名程度で静かで
のんびり過ごすことが出来ました。
お風呂はやや小さめですが内風呂と露天風呂がありどちらも硫黄泉。
露天風呂は外気温の関係で少しぬるめですがじっくり外の紅葉を
見ながらの入浴は最高で夜はライトアップもしていますが星を見る
ことも出来ます。内風呂はやや熱めなので水で調節します。その時点で
源泉そのものとは言えなくなりますが仕方がありません。それにしても、
ここのお湯は良い。硫黄泉のお風呂の中に湯の華が漂っていますが
綺麗な白濁色でとても気持ちが良く夕食前、寝る前、5時、朝食後と
4度入りました、時間があればもっと入っていたい気分です。食事は
高級な食材が並ぶわけではありませんが地元の食材をふんだんに使って
心のこもった内容で夕朝ともに満足のいくものでした、地酒も美味しかった。
従業員(経営者)は1～2名しか見ていませんがサービスに滞りはなく
ストレスは感じず気持ち良く過ごせた一泊二日になりました。
部屋に貴重品入れ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーが無いことや、お風呂場には
ドライヤーが一台は有るけれど櫛やブラシが無いことは小さいことと
感じられるような良い宿泊でした。
働いている人数が少ないのに夕食、朝食前には部屋に連絡をしてくれて、
帰りの車も一組ずつ見送りまでしてくれて客を大事にしているなと感じました。
部屋をグレードアップしてくれていたのにお礼を言うのを忘れました。
この場を借りて「ありがとうございました、お世話になりました」。

２４時間入れる硫黄温泉
外観は洋風ですが中は和室の清潔感あるお部屋です。
お食事もおいしくスタッフの方も親切でした。
温泉も小さいながらも露天もあり気持ちよかったです。
唯一、部屋に貴重品入れがなかったことが残念でしたがまた行きたいと思いました
