The service was great and the staff were very helpful and nice. We arrived a few hours early to Numazu and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel before our check-in time.
Lots of clean towels and bathrobes were provided each day. They also provided toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, etc.
The hotel room has its own private washroom which is good, but washroom space was a little small.
We found 2 small bugs in our room (1 dead roach and 1 small spider) but it was not much of a problem. The hotel had a room of washing machines and dryers, which is convenient for doing laundry.
Overall it was a nice stay as a group of 3.

The room is very small it’s not fit for 3 persons.

The hotel is a bit old but the price is good. It is okay if you just stay one night on your way to Mount Fuji.

Pros- Very clean hotel with outstanding customer service. Cons- The rug in my room was stained and the mattress was very hard. The bathtub was very short (knees to chest) but it was deep. Not the most comfortable for someone 6’1” (185cm) but it was nice to soak my legs in it.
