Staffs are friendly and welcoming especially Kiju-san. Breakfast offerings can be improved. Need more clothing hooks in the room. Breakfast buffet crew are swift and friendly. Coomunal bath on the 15th floor is excellent.

Everything was perfect, prime location with only a couple of minutes' walk to the subway stations, the property was very new and had a good amount of space at this price. Only two things that need improvement: 1. the AC keeps blowing strong cold air even at the lowest speed. 2. I only requested 2 full housekeeping services during my 8-day stay; however, each time the staff dropped some of my items to the floor and just left them as is.. Otherwise the front desk staff were very nice and they have nice vending machines on several floors including one ice cream vending machine

Pior amenities, I ask for one desk to make a meeting 10:30 PM and the front desk staff told me of I want to work I should go to my room. Terrible experience, if I could I would cancel the other reservation that I have but I couldn’t . To far from Dotonbori

The staff were very welcoming, and I really enjoyed the public bath and the relaxation room right next to it. The room itself felt a bit cramped, and keep in mind that complimentary bottled water isn't provided.

Use the hotel.

There were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 elementary school students, staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean and very beautiful. The staff were friendly and friendly, and I had a very meaningful time. The location was also within walking distance to Tsutenkaku, making it easy to visit. I wanted to use it again.
