Room was very clean, but very small. The king bed is too big for this room. Staff very friendly and helpful . Very close to yodobashi station for short train to Namba station and sites. Very few restaurants in the immediate area. They tend to close relatively early. 7-11 right across the street which was helpful.

Simple 2 reasons why I will not come back:
Horrible mattress or futon
No Ac in the room, and too noisy when window open

We paid a little extra for a larger room, which is a necessity at this hotel.
The staff was professional and the room were nice and clean. I loved that the tv offered a good overview of the hotel's facilities and services.

The mattress seemed old or lower in quality. I could feel the cross supports in the platform bed frame, which made it difficult to position at night, along the lines of a pull-out mattress. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with Japanese and Western choices. The service staff was helpful.
