Hospitality is hard to find

You have to figure everything out yourself. You get absolutely no information. And if you ask for information, they find that they do not have to give that information because they are not there for my daily concerns. Only for a room. I have attached the message they wrote to me. They can take an example of the Sky motel where I will stay for the last 10 days of my trip without me asking for anything, they should give me instructions about the room and procedures.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep.
The hotel's amenities were excellent, and every area was clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants.
What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and were always friendly and helpful.

Great locations, values and friendly people environment

Excellent locations with a close distance from train stations and tons of restaurants choices in walking distance. The room is neat and clean. Shared areas are maintained well with a very relax atmosphere. Even though the hotel is located near the train track the noise level is acceptable and didn’t affect our rest. Staff are helpful in terms of responding to our requests and are friendly enough to explain directions and recommendations of nearby shops and restaurants. We stayed 6 nights for a total of less than JPY 40,000, where else would you go?

Good for a short stay my only complaint is that the bed was quite hard and the duvet wouldn’t stay in the dovey cover but the bed being hard is personal preference
