Very conveniently located near the dotonbori food markets. Simple check in and check out process that can be done at the property through the front desk tablet. Right next to a Lawsons, luandry within walking distance, and gym just 2min walk away that offers daily or weekly membership passes

The place is not clean, the fact that the door opens with no code made us feel unsecure.

Everything is great. Except the fridge is making noises non stop. The respond from hotel staff to our request is quick. But I have not got my one night refund yet

Nope nope nope. Never again. It can suit you if you are a young student or want to party with friends but not for a family or a couple that travels and wants to have minimum of rest. The futons are so thin, the room isn't clean, the tatami is stained, you can ear every single noise inside and outside the hotel. For 3 people the room is too small (yes I am used to japanese rooms) we had to move things around to open a suitcase.
To make it even worst, we found our luggages in someone else's room!!! How is that even possible? There is NO staff around, the cleaning staff puts the sheets in the middle of the stairs.
So really, yes the location and the price is nice but no.. save your money and energy. You have way better in the area.

Room in poor condition, worn out, and no staff around, but the location is excellent
