The staff was very friendly and helpful. They held my luggage for 2 nights while to travel to other cities. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I like the design that the show and bathroom are separated. The hotel is in good location to restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. It also has laundry facilities, but I didn't need to use it.

Very disappointing stay. The room smelled unpleasant, there was black mold in the bathroom, and the toilet smelled bad. I had to change rooms due to the mold, only to discover bed bugs in the second room as well. When I reported this, the staff showed very little concern, and I received no compensation or refund. Definitely not worth the stay.

The walls were thin so could hear things. The bathroom is tiny and no tub just a shower with a weird door (open slits) on the toilet so lack of privacy. Good location though to be close to things

The hotel is very central, very well located. The hotel was quiet despite that. The floor of the room was not really clean, and the AC had a hard time going below 24°C which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Laundry accessible.
