It is in great location, convenient shopping within umeda area and transition by all methods to other places. property is clean and good as well

Good stay in a great position

I stayed at the Dans le Couer Osaka Umeda Hotel with my husband during our trip to Japan.
Even though the room was not very big, the stay was very comfortable
The staff welcomed us warmly and helped us ship our luggage to the next destination with extreme kindness.

Average 3* hotel in a good location

The hotel was not necessarily a highlight on our Japan trip now, but was ok en large for a short stay. Especially the convenient location at Umeda station is very good. The shuttle buses to the airport are also within walking distance underground. The rooms are VERY small but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful but spoke very little English. Price / performance are ok.

Wont be back

Hotel room was great. Decided one morning to have their breakfast buffet. Ehat a big mistake paid $23 - all the food was stone cold. Staff we not bothered by our concerns. My husband asked a staff member for a knife, as there were none out . The staff member got 1 knife for him. A man behind my husband said he needed a knife too . The staff member got him a knife . Still didn’t get more out of. To be honest I wouldn’t bother again either breakfast or stay at this hotel again.

Great near Osaka-umeda and restaurants

Hotel about 500 meters from Osaka-Umeda Station and 600 from Osaka. The hotel is located directly next to a street full of restaurants and clubs. Frequented almost exclusively by Japanese, both the hotel and the street full of clubs. Deluxe Room (9 floor) spacious and with everything you need. Hair dryer, bathroom necessary, mini fridge, ice maker on the second floor, as well as coin-operated washing machines, dryers and drinks vending machine. Also included pajamas and room slippers. Key required to access the floors of the rooms. Excellent staff, and some chew some English. To return
