Buffet breakfast food choices very good!

Very near Osaka train station and connected to the mall. Quite a large hotel with a large restaurant for breakfast and dining at other times of the day. Bed was comfortable although the room I booked was on the small side (good for two). Not enough space to open a large luggage, let alone if you have shopping goods. Toilet and shower are separate and again on the small side.

small room but has everything

Airport bus stops at this hotel during the day (at nearby 5 minutes walk in the evening). Close to the main train station with subway, can walk to the station by an above ground walkway. It is on the upper floors of a high rise building. Rooms have pretty good views of the city.
Rooms are small but well designed, clean and quiet. It is amazed it can fit so much in a small room. Beside the floor shower, there is a bath tub too. The light can be dimmed when soaking in the bath tub, pretty relaxing.
Breakfast area has a high ceiling and well decorated, serving western and Japanese, with a lot of varieties. The breakfast coupon said it is valid for 1 breakfast or lunch.

Lovely place in a great location. Clean and nice room. Perfect for our 3 days in Osaka. Staff are helpful, friendly and polite and location was fantastic. Downstairs is shopping mall and restaurants, that was fantastic. Very busy place but not noisy at all. Well worth it.

Nice hotel and great location. However not ideal for solo travelers. This place gets pretty crowded and has a lot of travel groups and families staying here. It will get super busy and chaotic at times with kids running around.
