Fast check-in and check-out. Great location : 3-min walk from Namba station (express train from KIX) and 5-min walk from Osaka-Namba station (Nankai Namba).

Very conveniently located for Nankai Namba Station (Airport Express rail service). Good for main tourist area (Dotonbori). However, very strict check-in procedures are annoying. 3pm on the nose and no a second sooner - this is not typical for almost every other hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan (there’s usually a bit of flexibility for a weary traveller).

Nice, spacious room with everything you need (apart from a spoon to stir the coffee, haha). Everything clean and maintained. Lovely staff, especially Lee the friendly Korean receptionist 😊 I'll be back!

Convenient location, good room, and easy check in process. However, the downsides were:
1) One of the two twin beds was rollaway and not very comfortable.
2) The room temperature is determined per floor. Although the outside temperature was ~70 degrees (F), the room thermostat was set to “heating.” When I initially asked the Front Desk how to make the room cooler, they told me to “open the window.”😳 I thought that was absurd. I asked the Front Desk about getting a refund for the remaining nights, but since we pre-paid, that wasn’t an option. Instead, they agreed to change the thermostat for our entire floor to “cooling.” However, they advised that if another guest on our floor complained about being too cold, they would change the thermostat back to “heating.” (Fortunately, that didn’t happen.)
3) Toilet is an older model and a bit noisy.
I’d recommend staying at other hotels (at a comparable price) in the area.

The hotel is very close to Nankai Namba Station — about a 3-minute walk from the exit.
It’s an older property with some dated facilities, though everything was generally clean and well-maintained.
The room size is slightly larger compared to many newer hotels.
