Good stay excellent service at Osaka Keihan hotel

Hotel Keihan ; Room very clean no problems. Location 10mins walk from JR line. Atmosphere very good free flow of toiletries , free coffee between 730 to 11am and water at lobby.
We preferred hotel Keihan as the staff always polite smile and helpful. Thank you for the ice pack for my swell feet.
We arrived during cherry blossom.

The hotel was in an excellent location, 7 minutes walk from Yodoyabashi station and 3 minutes walk from Kitahama station. I booked a 20m twin room with large single beds for 3 nights with breakfast. The room was smaller than advertised, probably 15m at most.
The room was well equipped with a kettle and a small fridge. There was no wardrobe, just 4 hangers to hang clothes on a hook. The room was very clean with good soundproofing as I could not hear the other guests. We received clean towels every day and bins were emptied.
The breakfast had a wide selection of tasty foods which I would recommend.
I had already paid for the breakfast upon booking. As our flight was very early in the morning (before the breakfast started), I asked the receptionist if we could have a breakfast box or receive a refund. This was refused. We also asked if we could swap the breakfast for lunch or dinner. This was also refused. I found this unreasonable.
There were washing and drying facilities for 1000 yen.

Great location with short walking distance to both the subway and local conbinis. Friendly and helpful staff! Clean room, although very small but that was expected and is part of the Japanese experience.

Awesome staff, easy check in and check out, loved the convenience of storing our luggage at the hotel until it was time to leave for the airport

It was clean and fine but they only gave us one pillow per bed. I didn’t sleep well in the beds as I found the beds were a bit too hard too.
