Stay for 2 nights here and quite satisfied with their service and room conditions. We were arrive by 11:30 AM and the staff allowed us to check-in the room though it supposed to be 2 PM. The location is just 2 minutes walk to shin-osaka station which very convenient. There is also familymart nearby! definitely will stay here again when I comeback to osaka. Thank you!

Perfect Base for Seeing Japan via Shinkansen

This was the perfect base for a week of traveling by bullet train around Japan. Rather than pack and move for every city, we stayed at the Shin Osaka (so named because it is a short taxi ride to the Shinkansen station) and made day trips to Kyoto, Kobe (highly recommended), Hiroshima and Nara.
Our room was perfect. It had a nice kitchen with a clothes washer and dryer, comfortable bed, enormous spa hot baths (separate for men and women) and was very quiet.
If you are only wanting to see Osaka, you might want a hotel nearer the center, but if you want to see a lot of Japan easily, I don't think you'll find a better base than this modern, clean hotel.
