⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay at MIMARU Osaka Namba North!
Our stay at MIMARU Osaka Namba North was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The location is fantastic; convenient for exploring Osaka, with easy access to transportation, shopping, restaurants, and many of the city’s attractions. It was one street up from the Dotonbori bridge area.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Everything at this hotel runs like a well-oiled machine from the cleanliness of the property to the responsiveness of the staff, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by the staff.
A special thank you to Manager Mr. Devon Wanza, who was fantastic. He and his team were incredibly helpful, offering great insights, recommendations, and suggestions that made navigating Osaka and enjoying our visit so much easier. Our boys have severe food allergies most of which are common in food in Japan; without prompting they gave us allergy cards for each boy. Too kind!
For international travelers, this hotel is an excellent choice. The staff spoke great English, communicated clearly, and were always patient and willing to help with questions, directions, transportation, and recommendations. We always felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The property was extremely clean, comfortable, well organized, and perfect for our family. MIMARU Osaka Namba North truly exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka.

We were in the Pokemon room. It was a big surprise for our little ones. It was amazing. My children only missed pictures of Grookey and Scorbunny. The rest 10 out of 10.

Family Friendly stay
Family friendly hotel with great facilities for washing clothes, filling water bottles, etc. there is also a good small kitchen in the room, so it is possible to make some food on your own.
Our kids loved the pokemon theme in the room.
