Perfect Family Stay in Osaka – Stunning Views, Excellent Amenities
We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier for 3 nights and booked two rooms for our family. Our experience was excellent from start to finish.
The hotel's location is fantastic—situated in a peaceful riverside area with convenient access to Osaka's major attractions and transport links. The views from our rooms were beautiful, especially overlooking the river and city skyline, making every morning and evening special. The hotel is also known for its riverside setting and easy access to nearby stations.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable family stay. The hotel facilities are excellent, including the relaxing top-floor public bath/spa area, which is perfect after a day of sightseeing.
A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Many guests also praise the helpful and attentive staff.
We did not try the breakfast or restaurant during our stay, so we cannot comment on the food.
Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, great amenities, beautiful views, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a premium stay in Osaka.

The check in process was non intuitive and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The amenities were sub par and room had a bad smell. The public bath area was small and was not a highlight of the hotel. Good location as close to metro and great food options nearby.

Front desk staff really helpful. When our luggage arrived after being forwarded from Kyoto they bought it directly to our room. Very nice hotel

Another great hotel from this luxury chain. The lobby is stylish and inviting, the staff were lovely, patient, kind and efficient. Spoke English and tried to help me whenever I needed anything.
Room had a fantastic view of the river and was clean, tidy with everything you could need.
Shuttle bus between hotel and Osaka station was great, runs twice an hour and three times an hour during peak times throughout the day.
