The hotel is in a good location for train access and close to main attractions, Kuromon Market (across the street), Dotonbori (15 minutes walk) and Shinsekai (one train stop away). Universal Studios is a 30 minute train ride away. There is also a Lawson’s very close to the hotel and the Namba Walk (Underground shopping mall) that connects to the subway.
The rooms are standard size for Japan and it was an efficient use of space. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate shower and tub, large counter and shelves. There is an AC unit in the room that made the room cold for the hot summer days.
The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was easy. We were only allowed one key card for my family for the room which made things inconvenient if we were not all going out together and you need a key card to access the your floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others to stay.

We had a wonderful multi-night stay in Osaka! Location-wise, it is amazing—just a quick 3 to 5-minute walk (or less) to Dotonbori and right near Kuromon Market. Having convenience stores like Lawson right at your doorstep makes it super convenient, and the rooms were great and comfortable with no complaints.
A couple of notes for future guests:
Multiple Branches: Be very mindful of the exact address. The hotel chain has multiple locations nearby, and we accidentally went to the wrong branch first before finding the right one.
Breakfast: The breakfast is a very simple, average continental spread (with about three hot dishes like scrambled eggs, a rice dish, and a chicken/teriyaki dish, plus soup). Also, it ends at 9:30 AM, which felt a bit early for us—we would have preferred it to run until 10:00 or 10:30 AM.
Overall, a fantastic hotel in a prime spot!

Perfect hospitality of hotel staffs. Very kind

Location is close to trains and in a great walkable neighbourhood. Although close to busy areas, this location is quiet and facilities clean.

The bed sheets had blood stains on them like dried up blood that didn’t come out, the room was extremely small & I stayed at a different location the same company it was not like that. Don’t even get me started on the staff and how terrible dealing with them was. You have zero control over the AC unit completely so if they have the entire building hot so will you’re room same thing with cold. The towels were tiny and they aren’t helpful when asking for more. The entire experience from top to bottom terrible.
