You don’t need to carry much when you go, which makes this a convenient place for a quick stop in Osaka. Really good Japanese breakfast options for the buffet

This is a standard business hotel in Osaka with a tiny room and a tiny price. The breakfast, served as a buffet in the restaurant on the 1st floor, is excellent and worth the price if you want a hearty breakfast. This hotel is in the less bustling side of the Shin-osaka Station, which can be accessed through Exit 4 of the subway, so it is a convenient place to stay in terms of taking the Shinkansen.

Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Very convenient for the Shin-Osaka station but is a bit of a mission to find the first time. That’s probably more of an issue with the station labyrinth and the fact Google doesn't handle three dimensional directions on multiple levels and skywalks very well. Once found it’s about a 10 minute walk to the Shinkansen gates.

Great hotel, had a nice 3 night stay there. Room was clean, small but is the Japan standard. Staff were very helpful.

Rude staff. There's a 7/11 at floor 1, very convenient. 5-10 min walk from Shin-Osaka station, so easy commute to and from Shinkansen.
