良くなっていました！

今回、初めて利用させていただきましたが、ここの口コミで急激に悪くなりましたと書いてあり正直不安でした。
しかし、実際訪問してみると、スタッフの対応もよく、施設の清掃もいきとどいていました。
温泉の泉質もよく、ゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができました。
部屋もきれいだったので、快適に過ごすことができました。
以前の口コミからスタッフの方々が努力されたのだと思います。
仕事関連でよく、そちら方面を訪問させていただくので、その時には利用させていただきたいと思います。
今回選んでよかったと思います。
また、行きますので、よろしくお願いします。

I felt bad.

I was looking at products near the entrance of the kiosk when I was alerted by a female staff member (a staff member in his 40s and 50s wearing glasses).
It's supposed to be about not being there because the automatic door responds, but then don't put the product near the entrance in the first place.

ここ1〜2年で急激に悪くなりました

「あすぱる」として一番最初のオープン当初から何度も利用していましたが、ここ1〜2年で急激にサービスが悪化しました。
特に、以前は展望台だった4階が会員制のラウンジになったようで、夜になると3階の部屋はカラオケが天井から聞こえてきてうるさいです。眠れない。もともと昔から、洋室の扉の前を通ると客室内の会話が廊下まで丸聞こえ状態でしたが、それくらい防音がちゃんとしていない状態で、夜に最上階でカラオケとか、宿泊施設としてこれはきつい。
備え付けの湯呑みやコップはヌルヌルしていて汚れもついてました。机はジュースか何かを零したあとのようなものでベトベト。ちゃんと掃除していないのかも。椅子もシミだらけ。
連泊中、エレベーターホールの窓際には虫(蜂)の死骸が、ずっと落ちたままでした。
一階の温泉は21時には閉まります。温泉の泉質は悪くないのだと思いますが、汚れが沢山浮いていたりと、露天風呂が特に汚い。床には髪の毛が沢山落ちていました。
それから食事について。現在は数種類のメニューのみでランチ営業だけのようです。夜になると、飲み物の自販機しかなく、売店などの店も18時で閉まるため、予約時に夕食のついているプランで予約をしていなければ、食事をする場所はありません。
経営者が変わったと聞きましたが、そのせいでしょうか？ 前はここまで酷くはなかった(少なくともカラオケの騒音はなかった)と思いますが……、とても残念です。

大変お世話になりました。

こちらには両手で数えるくらいドライブで道の駅に遊びに来たりたまには安いので宿泊をすることもあります。温泉もきれいで日頃の心身の疲れを取るのにも良いです。近くにはキャンプ場もあるので今流行りのソロキャンプには良いでしょう。私はここをベースに高隅山、甫与志岳、国見山、稲尾山に登りました。標高は低山ですが味わいのある山だと思います。ホテルの皆様には大変お世話になりました。眼鏡を一時温泉に忘れてひと騒動しましたがわざわざ浴場に行き探していただきました。さらに体調が前日から少し悪かったのですが近くの病院を紹介していただき事なきを得ました。また次回は妻と二人で宿泊に行きますのでその節は宜しくお願いいたします。ありがとうございました。

地元民愛用の道の駅

宿泊施設・温泉館もある道の駅。
温泉館は入浴料320円と格安です。物産館はそこそこな広さで地元の農産物や海産物、土産物が販売されてました。
食事処も鹿児島にこだわった食材を使用したメニューが並んでます。
休憩スポットとして立ち寄っておいてよい施設だと思いました。
