服务确实很好，含晚餐早餐也很不错。房间中没有独立的卫浴，而且隔音很差，外面走廊整理餐具和车经过都能听的很清楚。会给你40分钟的私人温泉时间，但是分到的温泉要看运气，我看到还有室外温泉的房间钥匙。附上湖景房的窗外景色。

온천을 할 수 있다. 호텔 자체는 오래되었지만 조식도 맛있고 좋다. 특히 인근의 히에이잔의 엔라꾸지는 정말 좋은 곳이다. 다시 한 번 더 가보고 싶은 곳이다.

汚い、臭い

古そうなたたずまいだったことは知っていましたが、中は綺麗にされているのかな、、と評判も良さげだったので予約しましたが、、
予想を遥かに超える昭和感と不潔さ。
お風呂は最悪でした。脱衣所に暖房も無ければ
お風呂のシャワーは2人が出すと水圧が弱くなったりシャワーヘッドに知らない人の髪の毛がついてたり泣きたくなる、鳥肌がたつ最悪な時間でした。
使用済みのタオルを置くところもなく、部屋までもちかえりました。
せめてご飯は、、という感じで、、ご飯は近江牛ということもあり普通に美味しかったですが、そのぐらい払っているので、、という感じでした。
部屋のトイレがものすごく臭くて（芳香剤？）
部屋の水道はお湯がでないし、、
早く帰りたいという感じでした。
旅館のスタッフさんたちはとても親切で優しくてよかったです。

貸切風呂

小さな旅館ですが、貸切風呂がありとても良かったです。夕食もグループごとに部屋に分かれてだったので、ゆっくりたべました。

食事は良かったですが？

食事は朝・夜良かったです。夜は近江牛会席でしたがどれもおいしくいただきました。部屋は民宿な感じでした、残念なのはお風呂でした。狭く２～３人ぐらい入る感じでした。朝６時から入れますといわれたので楽しみにして入ったら、水でした、忙しくてお湯を入れ忘れたのか残念です。
