Scallops, apple wine and shiso roll with shellfish are delicious after satisfying the large room and view

The room key is unique in the shape of a sommelier knife. The room I stayed in feels bigger for two. The view from the side of the mountain is amazing, although I'm concerned about the stain on the outside of the windows. There is also a sofa and desk for relaxing. The sink is large and the bathroom has a wash area for convenience. Dinner and breakfast buffet. There are many menus. The menu is especially good for dinnertime seafood. Not only about five kinds of sashimi, but also shellfish are delicious. All-you-can-drink alcohol such as Tsugaru wine, apple wine, and sparkling wine. Wine lovers love the service. For breakfast, apple shiso roll, apple smoothie and corn-filled curry were also delicious. The public bath is lined with inner baths on both sides of the central staircase. Once you go up the kaida, an open-air bath appears. After soaking in a little hot water, my fatigue disappeared both mentally and physically. The next morning, I was able to see the Shimokita Peninsula and Hokkaido in a dim light from the front of the hotel. Usually. It's hard to see. I was very lucky.

A hotel that sells wine

We stayed here on a tour. It was already dark outside when we got there by bus, so we wondered where we were going, but it really was a mountaintop hotel. The room was spacious and had three beds. The food was buffet style, so there wasn't a lot of variety, but we enjoyed many local dishes. We also had an all-you-can-drink option, so we were able to fully enjoy the hotel's unique wines. There was a wine tasting corner next to the front desk, and the system was to buy a 1,000 yen or 2,000 yen card at the front desk and buy wines from the tasting machine. The unit price per glass is different and there is no change, so you have to think about what combinations to use. This was also quite fun. The surrounding area is a ski resort and a golf course, so the scenery is nice, and if you have time, it's a good idea to take a walk around the area.

The hotel is way up in the mountain. The road driving up has curves. Breakfast in the hotel is great. We had dinners at the nearby village.

Great place up in the mountain with magnificent views. Good wine-tasting and delicious food. Friendly and helpful staff.
