Breakfast buffet is the only disappointment
The breakfast buffet is not good at all. It was not good enough for me to erase the good impressions of my previous stay.
First of all, the view of the moat, which was the good thing about the breakfast venue.
Then there was the bad: (1) Staff services.
I can still consider that the newcomer is nervous and awkward, but he's working like a slacker rather than a nervous one. I can only feel as if I'm putting the plate down right away because I want to clear the table sooner than later. Just smiles are nice. I feel the potential in your smile. Perhaps they've just never experienced (or don't know) the services of a long-established hotel themselves, or perhaps they're too busy doing their jobs. I can understand the labor shortage, but since we set a price that is not cheap, I would like to expect a service that is commensurate.
Bad point ② Rice
It might have happened that day, but the texture was murky and completely unpalatable. I think it was labeled as "Saga Prefecture Rice", but I think it provided rude quality to producers in Saga Prefecture.
Many side dishes were prepared that seemed to go well with rice, which pleased my eyes in terms of the large number of dishes, but I wasn't impressed by what I ate because the rice was disappointing. Even if only the days we use it happen not to be delicious, the uneven quality itself is a problem.
Hotel managers should pay the same amount as users to experience breakfast buffet for themselves once again. Is this really a service worth the price?
I can't think of a repeat with the service I've experienced, and I can't recommend it to an acquaintance.
