The worst hotel we can get lol
So I mistakenly had booked in wrong dates so I phoned them to cancel out the booking they said it is already cancelled but I think they didn’t and I end up losing my money for nothing thank you trip.com for your support

Satisfaction for short stay

Business hotel is located 50 meter from JR Minami-Urawa Station. Room is small, but I felt pretty comfortable for stay. Room and bathroom is clean and neat. Hotel provide you everything you need for shower and bath. Bed is OK, I slept good. There is TV and Free WiFi in all rooms. There are bending machines on grand floor, 4th floor and 7th floor. You can purchase Sodas, Waters, Japanese Green teas, Beers, Japanese Sakes and some Sports drinks. A small laundry machine and Dryer is available. Copy and Fax services are available at Front Desk. Single room is 8,000 yen = US$100. Double size bed room is 11,000 yen and Twin bed room is 16,000 yen. Unfortunately, there is no English Website for this business hotel, but you can view rooms. Once again, rooms are clean and neat. Japanese Onigiri (Rice ball) meal and Miso-soup for all Hotel guests every morning for free. There are 2 cooks actually prepare fresh hot rice Onigiri for you. I thought that's was so cool. There are a few first-food chain restaurants and convenience stores between JR stations and Hotel. Less than 3 minutes by walk. They are all really good foods. So, if you are looking for a short stay good night inexpensive clean business hotel, I am recommend Hotel New Saitama.

南浦和駅から徒歩2分程度です。さいたまスーパーアリーナでのライブのために宿泊しました。フロントの方はとても親切で丁寧でした。お部屋は清潔で寝るだけなら十分なサイズです。WiFi環境整ってます。宿泊代は個室バストイレ付きで探した中で最も低価格でした。ホテル料金高騰の折、ほんとにありがたいです。コンビニすき家マックケンタなど近くにお店がたくさんあるので朝も夜も食事には困りません。機会があればぜひまた利用したいです。
