Clean room and all the small items , button and TV remote are in good shape.
The room design seems very modern style.

Excellent location, 1-minute walk to the shopping street. Front desk staff were cold, rooms were on the small side, good breakfast.

There is nothing facility in the hotel.
Location is good fit to between Sapporo station & Susukino station.
Food & shops can be reached in minutes walk.
Staff isn’t really helpful when asking for assistance.

I have stayed in many hotels in Japan, but I have never been so cold and unkind.

It was the most disappointing hotel I stayed in Japan. Staff were unkind and did not feel welcome.

Highly recommended !! super clean, great location close to shops , 3- 5 mins walk to the Nijo market, Odori park and Sapporo TV tower which is convenient if you’re doing a tours because TV tower is usually the meeting place. maybe 10 mins walk to Sapporo Station if you’re walk faster probably less . i really enjoyed my stay , my room is spacious,my bed super comfortable, i like the concept of the hotel have an aesthetic & modern vibe . thank so much for cleaning my room every day love it ! made my day!!everytime i comeback from long day tours , my room is done, new toiletries refill, waters , with new bedsheets the best !! i have best sleep ! definitely book again . Overall highly recommended, great service, and location, so convenient you have everything you need & great value.thank to all staff excellent service.
