The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was simply amazing. I tend to avoid hotel breakfasts, but this was so delicious that I came back for more.

It's nice, but...

It is only about five years old, so the building and interior are beautiful.
It's in the center of Susukino and just off Poletown and Tanukikoji, so the location is great!
The Seiko Mart is conveniently located in the same building!
There are many restaurants and shopping places in the area.
The guest rooms are clean, the fridge, air conditioning and water are fine.
The humidifier is equipped, but it is very dry and runs out of water very quickly (sweat)
The reception staff, although multinational, are all attentive and enthusiastic.
However, perhaps because I've built the lobby so stylishly, the 3pm check-in time is packed with people and there's no queue, so I don't know where to go or what to do, which makes me feel daggy.
There is an automatic check-in machine, but it seems to have been operated after I told the staff my name, so I had to wait a long time. (The staff are just kind and polite, but I can't spare you.)
You will get three coins to use at the cafe when you check in.
They say you can exchange it for a food called a welcome plate, but if you want to order a drink or bring it in, you need to buy an additional coin.
There may not be Lipi (great sweat)

The location is great, just a short walk to Susukino subway station.
The tram station is also right in front, which was very convenient.
The room was clean and was cleaned daily.
I would definitely like to stay here again.

Biggest issue is the elevators. Too crowded and too slow all day long. Staying on the lower floors and waited 5 elevators to board.

Check-in went smoothly, and the receptionists were friendly and professional. Also, I was happy to find that the room TV finally had YouTube!"
