Friendly staff, room clean, breakfast choice

Super enthusiastic ❤️, especially met Ms. Katō, from the check-in, careful description, always smiling and welcoming, from morning to evening to see her full face smile, really not love this hotel is difficult,
Miss Katō really did a very good national diplomacy for Japan, we will definitely visit Sendai again and stay at the Comfort Hotel❤️

Centrally controlled air-conditioning is terrible. Let you guests decide how warm or cool they want their room.

It's a little confusing to see the entrance.

I used it for a business trip in mid-July. The west exit of Sendai Station? It is a 1-2 minute drive from here. Parking will be available in the adjacent multi-storey parking lot and will be discounted at the front desk. The front desk and the dining hall are on the second floor, but the traffic with the elevator is poor, and the front desk area becomes crowded when checking in and out. Amenities and nightwear are picked up from the front desk. You will have to go through face-to-face procedures at the basic manned counter, so you will have to wait quite a bit during peak hours. It's better to allow extra time. The breakfast venue is quite large, so I don't think there will be much waiting for seats. It's buffet style, but the number of dishes is small. Business hotels in metropolitan areas often charge similar prices these days, and this is also close to the price, so why not at least try a little more for breakfast? It is conveniently located for nightlife with restaurants and arcade downtown within walking distance.
