It's a good business hotel.

I was assigned this hotel on a tour of a travel agency and stayed there.
I think check-in was around 9:30 at night.
The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Aobadori Ichibancho subway station, but it was my first time in town, and it was nighttime, so it took a while.
We went through the arcade district of Sun Mall Ichibancho.
The arcade street was unexpectedly wider than you would see on Google Maps, and I walked around wondering if this was the right place.
It was a slightly older hotel, so the facilities are outdated.
I read a lot of reviews beforehand, and there were reviews that said the whole building was air conditioned, and there were reviews that said the whole building was air conditioned, so I called the hotel to check and they said the whole building was air conditioned, so I had a blanket ready.
However, when I actually stayed, the room was air conditioned.
The attendant at the front desk said, "We have blankets for you," and he looked strange, so I wondered why, and I wondered if that was what it was.
Maybe the air-conditioning work for each room is not finished yet.
The room was clean.
The faucet was of the type where hot and cold water came out separately, so it took a lot of time to get the right temperature.
Cotton, brushes and swabs other than toothbrushes are the type that you take only what you need at the front desk.
It is located next to the elevator entrance.
There was a bottle of water in the room.
There was no safe in the room where I stayed.
The room was non-smoking and spacious.
The bed was slightly larger than the single.
I was woken up about 3:30 in the morning by the sound of another room or something.
I asked for a Japanese set meal for breakfast, which was rather good, and a lot for me.
After breakfast, I didn't go to the front desk to read the newspaper, which was a shame, but on reflection, it was closed.(^^;;
We left about 9:30.
I asked the front desk to ship the package because I had ordered it by return delivery.
Overall, it was a very good hotel except the facilities were old and it took a long time to get the water right.

I can't adjust the air conditioner myself.

If anyone is considering using it, you should stop. I can't adjust it myself because the air conditioner is centralized. It is not possible to ask the front desk to switch between heating and cooling, especially at night. In September, the temperature outside was 27 degrees but the heating was set. I can't believe this setting in the first place, but when I tell the front desk that I want to use air conditioning, they ask me to open the window. It faces a decent main street, so it's noisy if you open the window, and it's out of the question. It is better not to use it to protect yourself from heat stroke.
