Really lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to Nishi park which we loved. Lots of shopping close by. The bento breakfast was great. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee but we carried our own,

Room was clean and comfortable. Small compared to North American hotels, but standard for the price point in Japan. Fun location if you want to be close to nightlife. It’s surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, clubs etc. but the room was quiet with no outside noise. Close to train station, 5 minute walk to the subway that connects to the JR lines and Sendai station.

The absolute rock bottom..

The location was among "adult themed" businesses with young girls standing out front in school girl attire.
The staff did not speak English and made no attempt at a translator machine. They made no eye contact as you walked in and out. They also told tales as you will read later.
The rooms felt damp which made for difficulty sleeping. Oddly enough there was a humidifier in the room that I turned the fan on high (no water in it) to try and dry it out.
There was a hot water maker whose 6" cord wouldn't allow for it to be plugged in along with a coffee mug. Yet there was no tea or coffee packets.
The restaurant advertised on the website as well inside the hotel was closed permanently.
I take the top of my electric toothbrush on put it in the little container to keep dust and such off it. The housekeeper threw it out. It was not in the trash and they are not suppose to toss things not in the bin until a guest leaves.
First told it would be replaced to wait a day. Later told the housekeeper looked all over the bed and didn't find it. What????? Then told it wouldn't be replaced as there was no proof of it's existence. I had the rest of the toothbrush. Finally show a page from there multiple page document that they are not responsible for anything damaged or missing.
However there are no drawers to put items. Your stuff is clearly and easily available to staff.
I was stuck for 2 weeks during the big holiday event.

It's a very reasonably priced hotel with thoughtful amenities. The location is excellent, it is next to 711 and across the street from Donke superstore. The staff is very nice and friendly. There is a water dispenser, laundry, and places to sit and work downstairs. The room is small but the comfortable beds and deep bath tub make up for it.
