That's quite disappointing.

It was one of the few hot spring facilities in Higashikagawa City, so I used to go there occasionally. It was very old and not very clean, and the price was high, but I went there because there was nothing else. However, the staff's attitude has been very bad recently, and although there is a children's bath, the hot spring water is all hot, you can't stay in it for long, and children can't enter at all. I will never go there again.

The customer service was the worst.

I used it in August, and the scenery was very beautiful facing the Seto Inland Sea.
I was looking forward to stopping by for the hot spring, but the staff were busy and didn't respond, so I ended up bathing in a bad mood.
The hot spring was just average,
if you just want to enjoy the view, you don't need to come all the way here.
I wonder if it's because the building is old or the staff are gloomy, but it had a strange atmosphere.
I think a public bath in town would be better than going to the trouble of going to this hot spring lol
It's a shame they can't just say "welcome" or "thank you"!

二度と行きたく無い場所です。

グランピングというのは名ばかりのような施設です。
テントサイトは温泉施設の外注業者が出入りする場所のような位置にあり、驚きます。
また、WEBではプライベートビーチのあるゆるキャンサイトのように見えますが、ビーチには鉄パイプで組まれた足場から5メートルほど垂直に梯子を降りねば行くことができません。
あれを降りれるこどもや女性はほぼ居ないでしょう。
私はバストイレ付きのコテージ泊にしましたが、お湯は360リットルと決められており、きれいでもありません。
ご当地BBQも、自分で食材やカトラリーなどのセットをセンターまで取りに行かねばはなりません。
その後すぐに、スタッフは手ぶらでグリルの使い方を説明に2分ほどコテージに来るのですが、調理の説明などは一切しません。
紙を読め、ということなのでしょうが、その紙に説明があることすら、教えてはくれません。
食べ終わったら9時までに返却もせねばなりません。
肝心の内容もアヒージョはマシでしたが、焼き物のタレや塩コショウなどがすごくチープで笑えます。
更にフロントスタッフは四人とも無愛想でやる気もなく、ただ時間の説明を書いた紙を読み上げるのみ。
支払いも、PayPayなどはスタッフの手元に隠されており、クレジット以外は利用できないような印象で、問い合わせたらリーダーを出してくれましたが、またすぐ見えないように隠されていました。
全てにおいて、問題点はホスピタリティがないことにつきます。
さまざまなグランピングを利用して楽しい時間を過ごしてきましたが、ここは広告に偽りありだと思います。
二度と利用したくない施設です。
