淡路島観光時に利用させていただきました。
結構山間にあり近くにコンビニがありませんので、事前に立ち寄ることをお勧めします。
宿泊だとドリンクバーを利用出来、いろんな入浴剤もいただけます。
利用していませんが、フードメニューも豊富で、もれなく無料で食べることが出来るメニューもありました。
部屋も広く手入れが行き届いており、ドライヤーやシャワーヘッドはリファでした。
静かでゆっくり寝ることができ有難かったです。
淡路島へ再来することがありましたら、また利用したいと思うホテルでした。

アルコール・ソフトドリンク飲み放題は良かった。タオルが埃っぽい。エアコンから変な音がする。フードなどの受け取りは直接なので気にする人はおすすめできない。廊下の足音が響くので寝る際はBGM必須。山奥なので電波がなくフリーWi-Fiが各部屋にあるが弱すぎて使えない。

外観、建物自体は新しくはありませんがエントランスを入ると綺麗です。
お部屋もリフォームされているのか綺麗ですし十分すぎる広さです。お掃除もしっかりとされていましたので快適に過ごせました。
フロントにあるドリンクバーに加え食事のサービスやお部屋にあったフォーターサーバーも大変重宝しました。
スタッフの方々もとても感じが良かったです。

事前にネットで予約して行きました。元ラブホだったという認識で伺いましたが、現役ラブホでした（笑）地元の人には人気ホテルなのか、休憩の人がひっきりなしに入室。ちょっと顔を合わせるのが恥ずかしかったかな。
スタッフの人の対応は良かったです。
部屋は大型テレビ、最新ドライヤーとヘアアイロンで快適でしたが、電子レンジは壊れてました。
鍵を預かったので自由に出入り出来るところも良かったです。

朝食の注文伝送をミスしましたが、別のすぐ用意出来る朝食で対応していただき、すごく嬉しかったです。
