Standard business hotel that you can’t go wrong with. Clean, good amenities, very well located, and rather affordable. Excellent stay.

The room was tiny. It was a double but the way they fit that bed into the corner, I had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed. The curtain dangled in my face all night. It suited a 1 person, not a couple. We arrived 1 hour before checkin and they charged us $10Aud for early checkin.... the room was ready anyway (?) Breakfast was okay, I've had better.

Fantastic alternative to being in Tokyo city.
Check in at 3 o'clock and not before!
Rooms were small, compact but had everything that I needed including a bath.
Lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed.Okie brewery & food.
Good location to the train station.

Very nice hotel. But the area around the hotel is not tourist friendly. Especially some of the restaurants.

Recently We stayed at APA hotel Nippori for five nights. We found a drainage problem on the sink on first day and complained about it on next day. The hotel’s staff member came to fix the sink for a few times with no luck. I didn’t think they have hotel maintenance staff unfortunately.
We ended up to live through with the smelly clogged sink. They gave us free three hours late check out for the compensation after we negotiated.
