Fabulous small hotel in non touristy part of Tokyo. Breakfast was good, room size was fine and beds super comfy. Didn’t get to use spa at top but looked wonderful.
Would definitely stay here again
Tip… Italian restaurant underneath is great.

Central and functional hotel.

The hotel is very well located. The onsen is very nice, where you can relax after spending the day walking. The rooms are very small. If you are a family of 4 like us, it is better to get 2 rooms. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. It is the second time we have gone.

The property and inside the rooms were very clean. Rooms were a fair size for Japan, with enough space for two small/medium or one large luggage plus back packs. The sky spa was also very clean and beautiful, perfect for a soak at the end of the day. Shower pressure really good. Breakfast was plenty and had a wide variety from western to Japanese. The neighbourhood Shimbashi can be very busy and loud in the evening, as workers come at the end of the day for food and drinks. Lots of food options but no much English. It is super quiet once inside the hotel. Good AC. Direct train to Narita on the Yokosuka line at Shimbashi station that comes once per hour.

Super great location

Fantastic hotel. CLEAN. Great location. Walking distance to Shimbashi station that includes the Yamanote loop line and Ginza line. The breakfast was an absolute treat every morning and the hotel is near dozens of restaurants. I literally started and ended my day in the relaxing onsen that included a sauna cold soak and hot bath. The best part of this hotel is that it is not situated in a touristy area, but has easy access to the popular areas of Tokyo.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Candeo Hotel Tokyo Shimbashi. It was a fast and easy walk from Shimbashi Station, and there were many restaurants and konbini in the area Our room was typically small, but thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and comfort, well insulated and quiet, and we were provided a room on an upper floor, which we prefer. The men's and women's onsens on the top floor were very clean, offered plenty of facilities for cleansing prior to bathing and a sufficient number of lockers. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and helpful, especially the gentleman who supervised the excellent breakfast. We will definitely book here when we return to Tokyo and will recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.
