We stayed in the Annex side of the hotel. The room was standard for Japan and the Annex side needs some updating but it was clean overall. The room had a good AC unit, clean with good amenities.
Hotel was in a good location for transportation - train station is 3 minute walk away and close to conveniences like 7-11 or Family Mart. The Harry Potter Cafe and themed train station (Akasaka) is a 10 minute walk away as well as fun local shops.
The thing that makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They go above and beyond for their guests and make sure they have a great stay. Overall we had a good stay but if possible to request to stay in the main building as that is where the laundry and front desk is located.

We were initially given the wrong room, but the staff handled the situation promptly and moved us to the correct one. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient throughout our stay.
The hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. While the rooms were clean, both the room and the facilities felt quite dated, and there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby.
Overall, the outstanding service and convenient location were definite highlights, although the hotel could benefit from some updates and improvements to the common areas.

King bed + sofa bed for my wife, me and our son. Spa is only for men. Staff was friendly. They lent us umbrella when it rained. Our room was tiny but bed/pillows/duvet was confortable. The paper or paint in the ceiling had a long crack which makes it look bad. Rooms were quiet and clean. Trash can was also tiny. AC is quiet and good. Overall it's a good hotel for sleeping. Convenient location very close to metro/underground and plenty of restaurants and little stores.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and courteous throughout our visit. The rooms are on the smaller side, but honestly, when you’re exploring Japan all day, you barely spend any time in them.
The location was perfect, with multiple transit stations just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Tokyo. There were also plenty of great restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall the rating is based on customer service which was phenomenal.

The hotel staff is great. Phenomenal customer service. The only drawback is that we reserved this hotel and on arrival they sent us to the location/rooms across the street which is considered Centurion Grand Vintage. The rooms are very small - unsure if they are the same at the other location. FYI- The sauna is men only - no tattoos allowed.
