The place is clean and nice the neighborhood is quiet and close to convenient store the staff are helpful the only I can say when it comes to the room is small for 3 adults specially with big luggage’s and the dryer takes forever for the clothes to dry but overall it was an excellent choice to stay.

The place is excellent and clean with nice staff but the dryer took forever to get our clothes dry. But overall it was excellent

Room size is a bit small. Overall feeling is rather old. Can barely be decribed as clean and tidy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The best selling point is good loaction. It is within 5 min walking distance from Kamata JR station.

Excellent location

We had booked a room with three single beds, but they upgraded us to a family room (which had four beds and a sofa) at no charge because it was "open." The bathroom was spacious and I was very comfortable. It is just a few minutes walk from Kamata Station, and there are several convenience stores nearby, so the location is very good. Thank you very much.
