Place and room was clean, I see cleaning done pretty much daily (whenever I left the guest house late). Quite nearby to metro station with convenience store and fast food around. Fresh towels daily, fast email response whenever I had questions. Good price when I got it.
Only had one shower which wasn’t an issue for me, but if you have a strict timing, be careful.
Note that the pictures does not show the full room. There’s a TV that you can use an app with bluetooth to cast your phone’s media too, good if you pre-downloaded have tv shows to watch. Did not try the inbuilt streaming platform apps. There’s area for hanging clothes in the doraemon area.

recommendable for not too short not too long stay, hmmm, place is decent, however when you have lugagge and your room happens to be on the 2nd floor, there will be struggle, other things are ok if not great :)

受験の為利用させていただきました。
お部屋やベットとても清潔感があり満足でした。
タオル、バスタオル、寝巻きまで用意してありました。
素泊まりでの利用の方にはとてもおすすめです。

玄関が閉まると言うトラブルもありましたが即座に対応してくださりとても感謝しています。

清潔感があり、静かな環境で、近くにコンビニ、ドラッグストアもあり便利だったそうです。
