The property in not well maintained, feels old. But it was clean and the location is very good. Good value for money, but with little more maintenance I would have been happier. I really like the area.

The property is fantastic for the price they offer. It's very comfortable, the internet is fantastic, the air conditioner is gentle on your throat but good at cooling the room, the clothes washing amenities are very nice, and the staff are extremely accommodating

Perfect value for money
I can't complain at all, highly recommended if you're just going to sleep. According to the comments and photos I expected it much worse. For the price you pay it's more than just what they offer. The room is small clear but like most hotels in Tokyo. The bed is enough for 2 people without having to sleep uncomfortable , the bathroom is small but very well prepared, it is true that it is not neatly clean but nothing that a disinfectant or bleach can not solve.
In the room you have amenities that lasted 9 days, refrigerator , microwave, mini kitchen, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. I don't know the rest of the rooms but ours didn't smell bad and the AC worked well. The staff spoke English so it was very easy to understand all the rules, there is no cleaning or change of towels but you have pay washing machines inside. The area is the best, not so touristic but at the same time there was everything around and buses and meters very close walking. I would really repeat and recommend it to 100.

im gonna be really honest in this review of the SINGLE BEDROOM so pls read carefully !
the room is OK. my ratings are as below BUT!
bed - OK 8/10
bathroom - OK 8/10
the only problem w the single bed room is the disgusting smell from the kitchenette. the ventilator smell is absolutely diabolical ! the smell stains your clothes and its smells the whole room. the wood features are also smelling of old wood.. which sucks.. the aircond on the other hand releases what smells like mouldy-air..
the room itself was OK but i srsly suffered for 2 nights while sleeping there and it caused me a headache.
location wise: IT IS FAR FROM THE TRAIN STATION !!!!!!!! it is close by the bus stop which you can take to the train stn / straight to shibuya but it is not a short walking distance to the train station !! at most it is about 20-25 mins ! pls take note of that.
amenities & service - 10/10 ! the front desk was helpful & they provided all the necessary items such as toothbrush, razor, shampoo etc
otherwise, i guess it does its job to house people overnight / 2 !
